Thus, installations of ESPs( Electro-Static-Precipitators) has been made a compulsion for the manufacturers of power plant boilers and equipments.

Roll forming technology has now been used to form tube-light profiles, trunking, wiring lines, refectors, etc in place of Aluminum extrusion and press-brakes for high end production systems, quality and high finish.

TEAM VALSONS has given solutions to ASIAN ELECTRONICS LIMITED for their trunking and electrical wiring solutions in year 2006 which are being used in the present ages in wiring of malls, commercial and residential complexes etc.

All ‘RSSIPL’ storage and shelving components are manufactured using the advance “cold Roll Forming” technology under specification to IS:811 ensuring high products dimensional and straightness accuracy for increased and consistent performance and safety. For guaranteed Performance, only structural quality steel with yield strength above 350 mpa is used combined with rigorous quality system. Recommended load data have been established through testing and are based on allowable stresses. The storage components are suitably packed & shrink wrapped, marked individually & bundle wise for easy identification and traceability.

All ‘JIVA’ strut channels are manufactured by Cold Roll Forming Process under specification to IS:811 with critical dimensions accurate with a tolerance of up to /_ 0.5mm for increased and consistent performance.

For Guaranteed Performance, only Structural quality Steel conforming to IS:1079, IS:2062 or IS:5986 is used combined with a rigorous quality systems.

Recommended Load data have been established through testing and are based on allowable stresses.

Fit with most of existing fitting and accessories of Universally popular Metal Framing & Strut support systems.
